It’s the surest way to become a multimillionaire according to research carried out by economist Jason Potts, Queensland University of Technology (Australia). His findings indicate that “one in three of Australia’s young multimillionaires aged 40 or under made their fortunes in the creative industries”.

According to the latest figures published by the British public authorities by average growth of the creative industries in the UK was 5 per cent between 1997 and 2004. It is still difficult to measure the value added of creative activity. Perhaps one of the most intriguing questions is whether or stars are worth the extremely high salaries they sometimes earn.
