Creative industries and the 2012 Olympics

According to the Financial Times the principal benificiary of London’s successful bid for the 2012 Olympics will be East London. Now that Britain’s capital has officially been chosen to host the Olympic Games huge redevelopment schemes will be launched in the eastern part of the city. Culture, creativity and creative industries are key themes in the redevelopment plans.
